I love our clients. I get up in the morning ready to help them succeed. It's who I am, but, as we have grown incredibly this year, I hated the thought of losing touch.

Conventions are great and I love a good trade show, but once you leave the afterglow of motivation fades steadily until you are back to your normal routine.
The coaching plan. We implemented a whole new format for continuing education for our operators using a site called GoToMeeting.com.
We hold conference call meetings in which our operators can see my presentation, interact with me (and each other), and ask questions for 1 hour per week.
We get together to talk, share, and coach each other on one, focused topic per week. I love it. It motivates me!
It's a topic we should be working on in our businesses that week, so everything is current and immediately executable and implementable.
Not everybody does it. Not everybody does it each week. It's always your choice.
